Pride of War
Prologue:
October 2008. Cold War, that was long gone, came back to haunt the world. Russia and United States don’t pair up with each other. Vladimir Putin was determined to make a stand. He cut off the energy supply from Ukraine. He also decided to attack Georgia. United States President, George Bush decided to stand against the crimes Russia commits. During that time, a little groups of army soldiers of the United States started to spread all over Russia. They entered Chechenya as their main base. They team up with the Chechen armies to take out Russian GRU and KGB. Some attacks happened in Moscow. Civilians started to get killed. Vladimir Putin decided to take a stand and he sent army forces to protect Moscow from other attacks. While they were fighting with groups that entered to Moscow, Chechen Commander Dokka Umarov decided to buy an Atomic Bomb from Iran. Russia tried to stop the delivery from coming to Chechenya, but they were to concerned about attacking it. On 25 of October Umarov got the most freightning weapon at his disposal. He threatened United States and Russia. He gave them one week to release all the hostages of the Middle Eastern countried held in Russian and American prisons. They also want the remains of Saddam Hussein. George Bush and Vladimir Putin tried to negotiate the situation, but it had no use. Georgia and Ukraine decided to fight against Russia. Georgia decided to help Chechenya. Even though Ukraine was against the Chechens, they still decided to attack Russia. World War III was starting to heat up.
Chapter 1:
He was punching the punching bag. His sweat was dripping on the floor. He looked at the punching bad with freightning look. He was in mind set that the bag was an enemy of the Russian Empire. He heard some footsteps. He looked at the door and it was Valentin Korabelnikov. General of the GRU. He talked with someone. It was someone from America.
"Oh!" – said Korabelnikov with a smile. – "The man i wanted to see! Hayden, this is Pavel Raven."
Pavel Raven saluted both of them. Hayden looked closely at Raven. He smiled when he saw he salute. Hayden had grey hair and a tough look on his eyes. Even though he smiled to Raven, he still had this chill giving stare.
"This is our number one soldier," – said Korabelnikov.
"Number one?" – Hayden was surprised to hear it. – "He is just 20 years old. He is still young. He doesn’t even fit to the mission. We can’t risk sending someone who is not mentally prepared for this kind of mission."
"I will explain you later why he is prepared and fit for this mission," – said Korabelnikov. – "He is the right man for the job."
Hayden had a smirk on his face. He didn’t believe what Korabelnikov was saying.
"Look," – said Hayden. – "We got two weeks. Untill then the leader of the Chechen army must be eliminated. And we got to destroy the nuclear device that might shoot the bomb. I really hope that you know what your doing."
Korabelnikov looked nervous.
"Trust me," – he said slowly. – "Even though our countries hate each other, you can still count on me."
Hayden smiled. He looked at Raven one more time before they left the room.

Raven was dressing up inside the air plane. F-22 Raptor. That was the name of the Airplane. Some love to call it simply Raptor. Raven put his mask on. He already knew what his mission is. He must infilitrate the base of the Rebels. There must be the nuclear device. Raven has to try and destroy it. Dokka Umarov, the General of the Rebel army, must be eliminated. Raven remembered the name.
"Raven," – said the General by codec. The codec was a tiny year plug that is connected to a wireless satelite. Raven can hear the General from every part of the world with it. And the sound stimulates the small bones of the ear. Raven was the only one who could hear the conversation. He didn’t have to worry about some enemies knowing what his next step would be. – "Raven, you got thirty minutes to land. Get ready."
"General," – said Raven. – "Thanks for the opurtunity. I owe you one."
"Raven," – said the General. – "You are not supposed to thank me. It’s me that supposed to thank you. You are doing this to save your own country. Thank you and be careful."
Raven smiled. The other pilot was next to him waiting untill Raven will land and then he will take the plane back to the Russian base. Raven landed in the ground. Sand all over the city. Chechenya. The sand didn’t bring any good news with it.
"Raven," – said the General. – "You have no weapons. You must start by finding some weapons."
"Being sent on a mission without any weapon wasn’t one of my main goals," – said Raven. – "But don’t worry, i’ll find a weapon for myself."
"The main object is on the north side of where you are now," – said the General. – "You are currently in the city called Urus-Martan. Grozny is north to it. You will have to get pass through another cities. Be careful though, th

"Yeah," – said Raven. – "I know. They killed some of our soldiers back in the 90s. On live television."
"Don’t get caught," – said Korabelnikov. – "That’s all i am asking you."
Raven decided to keep going. He disguised in a Chechen Rebel outfit. He heard a truck behind of him. He looked back. The truck was filled with corpses.
"I guess they are losing a lot of soldiers," – said Raven. – "I’ve just seen a truck full of bodies. All of them are dead."
"Raven," – said the General. – "The rebels fight for freedom. They fight the ‘holly’ war in their beliefs. They believe that they do it for the right purpose. Raven, as i told you earlier, try staying out of sight. It’s too dangerous."
